We do not offer refunds for Digital Products, Printables, and Art Prints. Your purchase of Digital Product is final as every file is delivered instantly after purchase.
– The images that are provided to you are licensed copies that you can use for any reasonable PERSONAL PURPOSES, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing.
– Purchase does not include a license for commercial purposes that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. The only exception is interior designers that are using the images for their clients to provide service. In such a case, images should be used only once per project.

To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
